Sunday, Monday, Happy Days…

‘One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind.’  ~ Romans 14:5

  • As I have mentioned many times, there are going to be a lot of surprised folks at the Republican National Convention this fall. The primaries/ caucuses are NOT the end of the process!  From Washington State: ‘While there are no hard figures yet, County GOP Chairman Chet Dow said it appears that Paul has received the majority of delegates who will be sent to the summer state convention in Spokane. From there, delegates will be selected for the national Convention.’  And in Missouri: ‘A Ron Paul volunteer and organizer in Kansas City confirms that the Jackson County Republican caucus elected a nearly-complete slate of Paul delegates at its convention Saturday.’

  • The R3VOLution spreads! Dr Paul’s influence has been felt and his ideas of liberty, peace, and financial responsibility are catching on. Even news outlets that wouldn’t give him the time of day are carrying his new weekly column.

  • My neighbor got a tattoo. After examining the bluish-green lizard on his teenage bicep, I said with my usual tact and sensitivity, “Hope you like it 30 years from now.’”

  • To-day’s ‘Land of the Free’ Report: ‘Each year, federal agents peek at the financial transactions of millions of Americans — without their knowledge.’

  • Ninety percent of our students [at Patrick Henry College] come from homeschooling backgrounds, and are very motivated,” says Michael P. Farris, the founder and chancellor of the school.

Q. 14. What is sin?
A. Sin is any want of conformity unto, or transgression of, the law of God. (Westminster Shorter Catechism)

  • ‘Americans in general… [mistakenly believe] the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and the German declaration of war on December 11, 1941… [are] dispositive evidence that Japan and Germany started the war that ensued between these nations and the United States.’
