What can be more disturbing–or is it annoying?–than working with:

Apparently, it takes having the American-born Queen of Jordan to have a rational–and legitimate–discussion of the suffering and humanitarian nightmare the Palestinians live through every day.  (Kudos are also due to Pat Buchanan who, despite the attacks of his so-called ‘friends’ on the Right, continues to speak the truth about the atrocious treatment of the people in Gaza and the West Bank.)

  • I really am not trying to make light of the plane that crashed into the Hudson River the other day. I feel that a bit of humour can be had because everyone survived and no serious injuries were had. That being said, this photo had me laughing to the point of crying. Can you tell who may have panicked when told to put on their Mae West?














  • On the surface, child labour laws seems to be a good thing.  However, if given careful and deliberate consideration, one can see why such prohibitions are not only economically unwise, they imprison the poor and prevent them from obtaining a better life.  Who would have ever imagined that sweatshops can be a good thing?
